We are seeking driven, entrepreneurial Commercial Real Estate Brokers/Agents to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who are self-motivated, relationship-oriented, and passionate about helping clients buy, sell, and invest in commercial real estate.
Source, prospect, and develop relationships with property owners, business owners, and investors
List and market commercial properties for sale
Conduct financial analysis, valuations, and underwriting
Advise clients on pricing, market trends, and transaction strategies
Negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and deal structures
Manage transactions from listing to closing
Collaborate with lenders, attorneys, escrow officers, and other professionals
Maintain accurate records in CRM and transaction systems
Build and manage a pipeline of active deals
Active California Real Estate License (broker or salesperson license required)
Experience in commercial real estate, business brokerage, or sales preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Financial literacy (P&L, cash flow, cap rates, etc.)
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Bilingual is a strong plus
100% Commission-Based (high split structure; scalable with performance)
